We have been renting villas in the area every year for the last 15 years and Formosa Palm Villa is by far the best we have ever stayed in. Your information pack is very comprehensive - best we've ever had and we've been doing this every year since 1997. Thank you for your efficient handling etc of the of the villa rental.

What a vacation we had! Your home was gorgeous! We loved every minute of our stay. The folder and the information you sent was beautiful. Your directions to the villa were very helpful! Thank you for all of your time, patience, and meticulous effort to make our vacation fabulous. It was! If your home is available in the future, and you are willing, we would love to rent again!

This is a fantastic villa, the best we have ever stayed in and we have been in quite a few. The location is perfect, close to Disney and some really nice restaurants and shops, but in a quiet and safe neigbourhood with no disturbances at all. The house is magnificent, with great living accommodation, huge comfortable beds, modern TVs and a great pool to cool down in after a long day in the theme parks. Carol is a very conscientous owner who sends all of the info you need to get your holiday off to a perfect start.

We have had a fabulous time in your home and especially the great care of Carol and the management make a great difference: every request is immediately followed up: never seen this attention before. The house immediately felt like a home to us, even more because everything is so well organised and everything you could wish for is here. After having stayed here for 11 days we cannot think of a negative experience and so the choice for this home has strongly contributed to the great experience of our Orlando holiday. Many thanks for letting us stay in your home and we would recommend it to anybody!

Thank you for letting us use your beautiful villa. We have had a truly awesome time here and would definitely use your villa again and would recommend to family and friends. Pool and spa are wonderful. We hope it won't be long before we are here again.

The pool is very secluded - this is so important to us (and I'm sure many other families) as it provides a sense of our own space away from the rest of the world! In our many (20+) years of US villa holidays, including some of the larger properties in Formosa Gardens Estates, we have never really understood how other guests can say it was a home away from home - until now! You have managed to create a warm and comfortable environment, that is somehow very welcoming from the start. About a month ago we stayed in a 'luxury' 6 bedroom villa in Arizona that was no comparison and highlighted the effort you have clearly made. We can't think of anything missing or needed in your beautiful home - it is a fantastic villa and we will be coming back.

Of all the homes and hotels we have stayed in over the last 20 years, this was by far the best. This was truly a wonderful experience and I hope everyone who enters this beautiful home has as great an experience.

We have really enjoyed our stay in your wonderful home. It is so beautifully furnished and well equipped that it truly was a 'home from home.' There was nothing more we could have wished for. In the ten years we have been renting and of all of the villas - this is by far the best! Management company and owners have made us all so welcome. We will definitely be coming again and recommending you to our friends and family.
